At ‘WristCulture’, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Returns
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products purchased from WRIST CULTURE. All sales are considered final.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
- A flat ₹150 exchange processing and shipping fee will be charged for each exchange request.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packed when sending it back for exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. After verification, we will assist you with a replacement or exchange.
Exchange Approval
All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by WRIST CULTURE. We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
Important: An uncut, continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully inspected is mandatory for all exchange, replacement, missing item, wrong item, or damage claims. WRIST CULTURE reserves the right to reject any claim submitted without a clear and complete unboxing video.
